The Design Exchange (DX) strives to raise public awareness and understanding of the essence of design and its importance in building Canada's cultural identity and shaping its future.

Each year, the DX curates a festival called DigiFest which brings together the best in digital art and design from around the world. In the spring of 2004, Matt B Media produced DigiFest's promotional materials: exhibition wall space, large format signage, postcards, posters, and a 10-page programme.

CHALLENGES: Keeping a consistency between the diverse types of visual presentations that Digifest used was a challenge. Also, the number of elements that were produced had Blackett focusing on items millimetres in size at one moment, to wall spaces the size of exhibition halls the next moment.
